Can I have all my appointments be after school/work?

Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate all of our patients in afternoon appointments.  There are also a few procedures that will be needed during orthodontic treatment that take as much as 90 minutes.  For the benefit of all of our patients, we only perform these longer procedures during the morning hours so that we can fit as many regular adjustments into the afternoons as possible.  Even with this it will be necessary to have some adjustment appointments during the morning hours.

We see many patients and schedule our appointments 6 to 8 weeks in advance for regular adjustments.  We have found that the most fair way to work with all of our patient's schedules is to rotate morning and afternoon appointments for each patient.  This means that it will be likely that every other adjustment appointment will be during the morning hours.  Again, this is so that we can be fair to as many of our patients as possible.

We will work with you when scheduling appointments that require a short absence from school so that the student doesn't miss the same class each time.  We have found that this along with an explanation of the nature of the orthodontic treatment will satisfy most school/athletic requirements.
