Insurance

As a service to our patients, we will file the appropriate claim forms and accept insurance payments at our office.

If you would prefer to have your insurance company reimburse you for the payments made to our office, this can also be arranged.

The agreement of the insurance company to pay for orthodontic care is a contract between you and the insurance company.  Any problems arising because of your insurance coverage should be settled between you and your insurance company.

The patient or responsible party is responsible for any portion of the fee not paid by the insurance.
